Qualifications: -At least high school graduate; college level is an advantage. -With good communication and customer skills. -Knowledgeable in handling cash, processing payments and giving accurate change. -Trustworthy, honest, responsible, and detail-oriented -Can operate a POS system or willing to learn -Can answer customer inquiries politely and prefessionally through phone calls and messages -Knowledgeable in taking phone orders and providing accurate information about the cafe's menu, prices, and promotions -Can handle customer concerns patiently and professionally -Organized and able to work under pressure -Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays -Experience as a cashier is an advantage but not required.
