We’re Hiring: Branch Supervisor Job Hiring

The Role: The Branch Supervisor works closely with our General Manager to run a tight, warm, well-organized shift — every day. You’ll be hands-on: on the floor, in the kitchen, and leading the team through service, while making sure standards, stock, and cash are always on point. This is a great fit for someone who’s supervised a café, restaurant, or retail team before and is ready to bring that experience into a growing, values-driven brand. What You’ll Do: • Open and close the branch following established SOPs (cash handling, equipment, cleanliness) • Lead and coordinate staff during shifts — service, barista, and kitchen stations • Step in hands-on during service, rush periods, or staff shortages • Supervise and coach part-time and full-time staff; support onboarding of new hires • Monitor stock levels during shifts and coordinate replenishment with the commissary and suppliers • Reconcile daily sales, cash, and POS reports • Handle customer concerns on the floor, escalating where needed • Report shift performance, issues, and staffing needs to the Genera What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience supervising a team in a café, restaurant, or retail/F&B environment • A great communicator — clear with the team, calm with customers • Trustworthy and transparent, especially handling cash, stock, and reporting • Comfortable with POS systems and basic shift-level reporting • Genuine hospitality mindset — you care about the guest experience, not just the checklist Schedule: Full-time, shift-based.
