Qualifications: -Proven experience in Multi-Unit Retail or Food & Beverage (F&B))/ Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Operations -Solid experience in Franchise Operations Management, including franchise relations, compliance, and contract operationalization -Deep understanding of unit-level economics,profit and loss statements, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), labor cost optimization, and EBITda margins -Demonstrated ability to build and execute sales activation startegies that consistently drive Average Daily Sales (ADS) and transaction volume -Basic understanding of leasing arrangements, mall operations, and commercial rent structures.
