-Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders -Serve food and drinks according to hotel standards -Clear and clean tables and maintain the dining area -Replenish condiments, utensils, and other supplies -Assist with buffet, banquet, and other F & B activities -Address and process guests bills and payments -Cater to room service -Address guest requests and concerns and report them accordingly -Coordinate efficiently with the kitchen team to determine orders, inventory, and out of stocks -Facilitate mixing and making of cocktails and coffee drinks
