Qualifications: • Licensed Civil Engineer (or underboard with strong site experience) • With at least 1-2 years experience in construction / residential projects • Knowledgeable in site supervision, manpower management, and quality control • Can read and interpret plans, estimates, and do daily reports • Can handle manpower and coordinate with clients / suppliers • Willing to be assigned in Liloan and San Fernando • Trustworthy, masinabtanon, and can work with minimal supervision • With driver's license is a plus Responsibilities: • Supervise daily site activities • Monitor project progress and ensure work is on schedule • Check material quality and usage • Coordinate manpower and subcontractors • Prepare daily accomplishment reports What we offer: • Competitive salary (based on experience) • Project allowance • Long-term employment for deserving candidates Interested applicants, please send your Resume / CV via PM or email to: [email protected]
