QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or any related field. At least 1-2 years experience in accounting or inventory encoding is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome if allowed). Knowledge in bookkeeping, AP/AR processing, and basic accounting principles. Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and basic formulas). Experience with inventory systems or accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, ERP systems) is a plus. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data organization skills. Good communication and coordination skills, especially with warehouse/logistics. Ability to work under minimum supervision and meet deadlines. Honest, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential financial information. Willing to work onsite and flexible for month-end closing or inventory activities.
