Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or any related field Experience processing invoices and managing accounts payable Minimum of 3-5 years accounting experience preferred Knowledgeable in general accounting procedures and bookkeeping principles Experience in bank reconciliation, payroll processing, and preparation of financial reports Proficient in QuickBooks Online (QBO) for bookkeeping, invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting Familiarity with multi-currency accounting using QuickBooks Online (QBO) or similar accounting systems Ability to manage financial records for different companies, products, and service lines. Experience working in a multi-country company handling multiple currencies and diverse products and services Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally Able to work independently and meet deadlines
