Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, BS Management Accounting, or any related accounting course. With at least one year of experience in tax and compliance or a related accounting function. Knowledgeable in BIR filings, tax returns, government compliance, and basic accounting procedures. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting-related systems or software. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines. With good analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments.
