TEZA Resort is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be the guardian of our guests' first impression, ensuring that our hotel, residential areas, and surrounding properties remain pristine, sanitary, and welcoming. Whether you are prepping a luxury suite or maintaining our beautiful common areas, your work is essential to providing the "TEZA experience." Key Responsibilities Precision Cleaning: Execute high-standard dusting, polishing, vacuuming, and mopping across all assigned areas, including windows and mirrors. Sanitization Excellence: Thoroughly disinfect bathrooms, kitchenettes, and high-touch surfaces to ensure a safe environment for guests and residents. Linen & Laundry Management: Manage the cycle of bedding and towels, ensuring all linens are crisp, clean, and properly replenished. Space Organization: Maintain tidy common areas, remove trash promptly, and ensure rooms are staged to resort standards. Inventory Control: Proactively restock toiletries, soaps, and essential cleaning supplies. Safety & Maintenance Reporting: Act as our eyes on the ground by identifying and reporting damages, safety hazards, or needed repairs to management. Guest Relations: Provide warm, professional service when fulfilling guest requests (e.g., delivering extra pillows or performing requested stay-over cleans). Required Skills & Qualifications Physical Resilience: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift between 25–75 lbs consistently throughout a shift. An Eye for Detail: A "sharp eye" for cleanliness—you notice the spots others might miss. Efficiency: Strong time-management skills to meet room-turnover goals without sacrificing quality. Dependability: The ability to work independently and maintain high standards with minimal supervision. Communication: Basic verbal skills to interact politely with guests, residents, and team members. Experience & Requirements Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or professional cleaning is preferred, but a strong work ethic is a must. Knowledge: Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safety protocols (e.g., OSHA) is highly valued. Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Flexibility: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet resort occupancy demands. Working Conditions Dynamic Environment: Ability to work comfortably in varying temperatures, including transitioning between air-conditioned interiors and hot/humid outdoor areas. Safety First: Comfortable handling cleaning chemicals and industrial equipment using provided PPE and safety guidelines.
