Client-facing sales and account management role focused on promoting the company’s products and driving revenue. The key responsibilities include: Building and managing client relationships by acting as the main contact, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions. Maintaining strong product knowledge to educate clients and stay updated on industry trends. Driving sales growth through account planning, upselling, and identifying new opportunities. Coordinating with internal teams (sales, logistics, procurement) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and communication. Handling client onboarding and ongoing support, ensuring satisfaction and addressing issues promptly. Ensuring product quality and resolving any concerns with suppliers or replacements. Managing contracts and accounts, including renewals and negotiations. Staying informed on market trends and sharing insights with clients and internal teams. Supporting after-sales service and collections, including payment follow-ups. Requirements: A bachelor’s degree (preferred), experience in account management, sales, and ideally the construction industry, willingness to travel extensively, and a professional driver’s license.
