Track the sales of agents, analyze data and propose optimization plans to improve Market Share. 4. Handle inquiries and complaints from agents, provide effective solutions, and maintain good cooperative relationships. 5.Pay attention to industry trends and collect market information. 6. Participate in the company's marketing activities to enhance brand influence and promote the development of agency business. Job Requirements: 1. Education requirement: College degree or above 2. Experience requirement: 1-3 years of local agent channel expansion, management or sales experience, with limited industry agent resources. 3. Language proficiency: Proficient in Tagalog and English, with excellent communication and expression skills. Skill Requirements: 1. Excellent market development and Customer relationship maintenance ability; 2. Possess good business negotiation and communication coordination skills. 3. Possess certain data analysis ability. 4. Familiar with the local agency market, agency operation mode, and strong sensitivity to industry trends. Other Requirements: 1. Strong sense of responsibility, able to adapt to business trips. 2.
