Job Description: 1. Responsible for user acquisition and performance advertising on major platforms including Facebook (Meta), TikTok, and Google Ads, managing campaign setup, targeting strategies, bidding models, and creative deployment to drive high-quality user growth. 2. Execute advertising campaigns based on media plans, ensuring timely launch and stable delivery. Continuously monitor campaign performance and quickly identify and resolve issues such as delivery fluctuations or traffic instability. 3. Analyze real-time campaign data and optimize performance through audience targeting, bidding adjustments, creative testing, and budget allocation, improving key metrics such as CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS. 4. Work closely with the creative team to test different advertising formats and content angles, continuously iterating creatives to improve conversion performance. 5. Utilize data tracking and optimization tools such as Meta Pixel Helper, Conversion API (CAPI), and PWA tracking systems to ensure accurate event tracking and improve advertising optimization efficiency. 6. Regularly generate performance reports and conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights for campaign scaling and cost optimization. Qualifications: 1. 3+ years of experience in overseas digital advertising, preferably in mobile apps, gaming, or social casino industries. 2. Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Facebook (Meta), TikTok Ads, and Google Ads, with strong understanding of performance marketing and user acquisition strategies. 3. Familiar with advertising tracking and attribution systems, including Meta Pixel, Meta Pixel Helper, Conversion API (CAPI), and PWA-based tracking environments. 4. Strong data analysis capability with the ability to optimize campaigns based on performance metrics such as CPA, CTR, CVR, and ROAS. 5. Experience managing large-scale advertising budgets and scaling profitable campaigns is preferred. 6. Results-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced performance marketing environment with strong execution and problem-solving skills.
