Job Description: 1. Responsible for executing livestream conversion strategies, focusing on improving overall conversion efficiency through registration, deposits, and repeat purchases. 2. Collaborate with the host during livestreams, using persuasive language, interactive control, and pacing to enhance user conversion. 3. Design and optimize conversion scripts and guidance paths based on game content and activity mechanics. 4. Responsible for user operations outside of livestream hours, building and maintaining fan communities to improve user stickiness and activity (including community interaction and atmosphere creation). 5. Continuously analyze livestream and user data, identify key conversion issues, and propose optimization solutions. 6. Collaborate with the host and operations team to streamline the ""content-interaction-conversion"" chain and improve overall ROI. Qualifications: 1. Filipino or Filipino-Chinese, familiar with local user psychology and consumption habits. 2. Sales or conversion-related experience (preferred and required background in high-average-order-value industries such as financial products, gaming, automobiles, and luxury goods). 3. Familiar with livestream conversion logic; experience in livestream control or conversion is preferred. 4. Possesses strong communication and persuasion skills, able to naturally guide user behavior in live streaming scenarios. 5. Has experience in community operations, able to independently manage user retention, engagement, and conversion. 6. Proficient in using Taglish for communication and conversion, possessing localized sales techniques. 7. Has data sensitivity, able to continuously optimize strategies based on conversion performance.
