Position Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Specialist to handle sales and marketing initiatives for a startup or growing storage unit business. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, adaptable, and capable of driving growth in both B2B and B2C segments. You will be instrumental in building the brand, acquiring customers, and establishing strong market presence from the ground up. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership (B2B & B2C) • Develop and execute sales strategies for corporate clients (B2B) and individual customers (B2C). • Identify and acquire new clients, build long-term relationships, and manage key accounts. • Conduct client presentations, negotiate deals, and close sales efficiently. • Track sales performance, set targets, and implement growth initiatives. Marketing Strategy & Execution • Design and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate leads. • Manage digital presence, social media, promotions, and advertising campaigns. • Create marketing materials, content, and email campaigns tailored to target audiences. • Monitor campaign results, analyze effectiveness, and optimize strategies. Customer & Market Insights • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences. • Recommend pricing, promotional packages, and strategies to attract both B2B and B2C clients. • Gather customer feedback to continuously improve products and services. Team Collaboration & Leadership • Work closely with operations, finance, and project teams to ensure smooth service delivery. • Mentor and guide any sales or marketing staff as the business grows. • Act as a hands-on leader in building and shaping the sales and marketing function for the startup. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. • 2–4 years of experience in sales and marketing, with exposure to both B2B and B2C channels, preferably in storage units, warehousing, real estate, or logistics. • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment. • Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, and adaptable to startup environments. • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Preferred Skills • Experience in self-storage or warehouse leasing. • Knowledge of market segmentation, lead generation, and customer acquisition strategies. • Ability to create and implement marketing campaigns and sales strategies from scratch.
