𝐅𝐔𝐋𝐋 𝐓𝐈𝐌𝐄 𝐁𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐀 Responsibilities for baristas include, but are not limited to, the following: ☕️Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders & payments. ☕️Grinding & blending coffee beans, brewing coffee & tea, and serving items to customers. ☕️Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner. ☕️Accurately handle cash and credit card payments, following appropriate cash-handling procedures. ☕️Serve customers quickly and efficiently. ☕️Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings. ☕️Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customers for cues. ☕️Communicates information to the manager so the team can respond as necessary to create a welcoming environment during each shift. ☕️Provides quality beverages, whole beans, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products. ☕️Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
