Responsibilities - Deliver personalized English lessons to Vietnamese students using provided materials and teaching tools. - Provide constructive feedback to students to Requirements - Preferably holds a Bachelor's degree, although it is not required. - Possession of teaching certification is preferred but not mandatory. - TESOL, TEFL, and IELTS certifications are considered advantageous. - Previous experience in teaching English is beneficial. - Excellent English communication skills. - Demonstrates a positive working attitude and strong work ethic. - Proficient in using computers, software, and the Internet. - Has a quiet and distraction-free home office or workspace. - Equipped with essential teaching tools, including a whiteboard and markers, flashcards, desktop computer/laptop, webcam, and a headset with a noise-canceling microphone. - Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25Mbps for download and upload.
