Work Specification: - Performs highly diversified duties to troubleshoot, repair and maintain facilities equipment, utilities, buildings and grounds according to safety, corrective and preventive maintenance programs, procedures and policies to maintain a safe, functioning, reliable, efficient and clean facility.
