Responsibilities: -Assist Accounting Manager on checking the accuracy of all reports and documents prepared by the officers which review and approval of CMSR, billings, invoices and AP & Check vouchers -Assist the manager on preparation of periodic financial statements and corporate monthly and annual reports such as IS, BS, TB -Assist external auditors / accountants in providing all required documents for project report -Preparation of BIR tax remittances -Prepares inventory reports and assign officers for the month end count commissary, warehouse and branches -Monitor deadlines for the submission of monthly report -Monitor due date and deadlines for payment of monthly remittances, rentals, utilities and other monthly expenses -Supervise a smooth daily transaction within the department -Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or manager
