DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Cater inquiries received through phone calls, email, chat, in-person, and other social media platforms. 2. Assess the client's qualifications and requirements based on the client’s inquired application or service. 2. Promote products, services, and other assistance available. 3. Engage with clients, handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner, and make follow-ups to ensure resolution. 4. Hit the monthly team sales target. 5. Keep records of client interaction, case summary, resolution provided, requirements, and any file documents. 6. Receive and encode payment for the reference of the finance department. 7. Other related tasks from immediate superiors that are directly related to business operations.
