Qualifications: Education and Competencies Requirements: Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer At least 3 years relevant experience in supervising a motor pool consisting of construction heavy equipment, air compressors, power- generating unit, power tools and other commonly used tools in the construction industry Experience in preventive, predictive and repair maintenance Must posses excellent technical, analytical and interpersonal skills Must have good communication (oral and written) skills
