QUALIFICATION: - Any Bachelor’s Degree - With at least 1-3 years experience as Procurement Specialist, experience in construction company is an advantage 📍Location: Willing to be assigned/relocated in Makati City ESSENTIAL FUNCTION AND BASIC DUTIES: - Receives, examines and processes requisitions against the supporting documents/data related to purchase of materials, supplies and equipment and services. - Identifies from the list of accredited vendors source of supply, and places orders with appropriate bidder(s) after careful evaluation of cost. - Compares cost and evaluates the quality and sustainability of supplies, materials, equipment or services. - Attends Pre-Order Meeting in coordination with the Project Management Team and prepares the subcontract agreement under the supervision of the Procurement Category Lead. - Coordinates with vendors relative to shop/plant visit and inspections (if required) and monitors schedules of deliveries of ordered materials. - Perform all task assigned by superior from time to time.
