What you’ll be doing - Assisting Kitchen manager in managing a commercial kitchen with a team of line cooks and assistants, ensuring high efficiency and productivity. - Training, mentoring, and motivating members of the team - we like to keep a culture of people development and promoting from within. - Help implementing and optimizing operational processes such as inventory, station assignments, workflows. - Assisting R&D for new brands and dishes (tasting, sourcing ingredients, brainstorming, experimenting). - Preparing reports on profitability, inventory, sales, etc.
