 Monitor the movement of stock for each currency being traded by the Company together with the price at which they were acquired;  Ensure the validity of each movement of stock;  Assist in reconciling the ledgers with the stock books and other relevant reports;  Alert the team once stock for a certain currency is low, or if there is overstocking;  Come up with the Daily Reports on stock, one in the morning and one by end-of-day;  Reconcile ending balances of stock book vs actual bank account balances per currency;  Communicate with both the Price Team for the verification of the rates used, and assist the Daily Orders team in preparing the Daily Orders Report by providing stock information; and  Assist in other ad hoc tasks relevant to custody.
