Job Description Installs, maintains and repairs the air conditioning units and generator sets. Sets-up, preserves and fixes local & direct telephone lines. Attends to requests for repair services. Takes care of the building and facilities through the proper implementation of preventive maintenance. Monitors electrical system to ensure proper functioning and good condition. Assists in other electrical and cabling installations. Conduct necessary documentation of needed materials during repair.
