Work Content: 1. Execute orders and projects assigned by the chairman of the board 2. Handle administrative affairs related to the chairman, such as: responsible for public relations affairs, coordination of cross-company and departmental work, assisting in project plan evaluation, implementation and tracking, meeting record execution and tracking, and processing of matters assigned by the chairman 3. Act as a bridge between departments or supervisors and undertake projects 4. Assist the chairman to maintain customer relationships 5. Coordinate the schedule of meetings of various departments of the company, prepare meeting minutes after the meeting, track and handle resolution matters, and arrange the chairman's schedule Job Requirements: 1. No work experience in the Philippines. 2. Female, should be Taiwanese/Malaysian nationality 3. Fluent in Chinese + English, familiar with computer document software. 4. Understand business etiquette and social interaction. 5. Active in work, flexible in mind, good image and temperament, cheerful personality, no bad habits. 6. Salaries for those with superior abilities are negotiable. 7. The permanent working place is Manila, Philippines, with occasional business trips. Candidates who can accept global business trips will be given priority.
