We’re looking for bright, passionate folks to help us change the way Filipinos eat. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: - Bachelor’s degree in business management, or equivalent - Proven leadership capabilities with at least 5-year working experience in a management role - At least two years of proven performance records as F&B Training Manager/Officer, or equivalent in reputable food & beverage, shared services groups. - Strong financial and commercial acumen - Highly effective in maintaining high-level operations standards while exercising prudence on cost and related expenses. - Strong and natural leadership in people engagement and relations, development and retention, organizational culture, inclusion and diversity; - Excellent motivator and communicator. - Highly fitted in a rapid growth and dynamic business environment. - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Broadly knowledgeable in the creation of training systems, processes, and modules. - Preferably - strong background in learning and development system - “Can do, will do” attitude and a “hands-on” person. - Willing to be assigned in Makati, Quezon City, Pasig, and Manila
