We are looking to employ a Hotel Receptionist on a full-time basis to join our dynamic team. The working hours are from 08:30 Am to 04:30 Pm, 5 nights a week. During some periods, there might be an extra shift required. RESPONSIBILITIES Perform all check-in and check-out tasks Manage online and phone reservations Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data Register guests, collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay) Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished to accommodate guests’ needs Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate Maintain updated records of bookings and payments REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of hotel, retail, or other work experience in a similar customer-focused environment Reliable transportation Opera PMS experience is a benefit but not a requirement Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail Commitment to exceptional service in any situation Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude when handling all situations Adhere to the policies and procedures of the hotel Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends BENEFITS Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid time off Retirement plan Qualified candidates are required to forward their CV/Resume immediately for application.
