ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. -Supervise in ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the department sections. -Maintain the standard operational management systems, processes, and best practices. -Complies with all policies and standards. -Knowledgeable on Planning, Administration and Implementation of parks and resorts operations. -Provide outstanding customer service and exemplary guests engagement. -performs training colleagues new practices in the operation. Recommends training interventions when necessary. -Ability to perform multi-tasks QUALIFICATIONS: -Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent. -3 to 5 years of supervisory/Managerial experience (similar to Operations Supervisor/Manager role) . -Hotel/ Resort work experience is necessary. -Has knowledge in Basic Accounting -Good time management skills. -Proactive, and has delivered excellent customer service in his previous employment. -Shows leadership and good people management skills -Dependable & flexible to work in fast-paced environment. -Willing to be assigned in Carmen.
