DAILY TASK · Monitors the implementation of Policies. · Oversees over all HR team functions. · Validates Compensation Benefits: · Sickness Reimbursement · SL VL Computation of Resigned Employees · 13thMonth Pay of Resigned Employees · Separation Pay · Prepares/Checks and signs NTE and NDA · Counseling of employee if needed. · Conducts Admin hearing if needed. · Reports and coordinates disciplinary sanctions to HR Head. · Signs ATM Application form of newly hired employees. · Approves RSK Request for Payment – NETSUITE SYSTEM · RSK SECURITY BILLING · Company Advances of Employees · Wednesday Vale of Union Members · Withholding Tax Compensation · Sickness Reimbursement · Maternity Reimbursement · Union Office Rental and any other request for payment · Signs or Approves Pag-ibig loan Applications · Approves SSS Loan of employee via SSS Portal · Approves 1 day Leave of employee · Approves Overtime under V3 · Assigns to Pay Property Taxes- Pampanga and Bulacan · Joins CBA Negotiations – Prepare CBA Comparisons · Approves Personal Information request and Year Renewal · Ensures all company rules and regulations and other general guidelines as properly observed and implemented. MONTHLY · Submits Performance Evaluation Form · Meeting with HR Team QUARTERLY · Employee kamustahan · Performs other duties may be assigned from time to time. QUALIFICATION: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. A minimum of two years of human resource management experience preferred.
