What we’re looking for - 2+ years of cooking experience in a restaurant setting. - Preferred: graduate of an HRM or culinary school program or certificate. - Good understanding of various ingredients, culinary equipment, and cooking procedures. Knowledge of best practices of operating in a commercial kitchen setting. - Knowledgeable in GMP, Haccp, Food Safety and Food Defense - Willing to work in Quezon City (South Triangle), Pasig (Kapitolyo), or Makati (Salcedo). What you’ll be doing - Performing critical day-to-day ops such as taking inventory, stocking stations, preparing ingredients for service, cooking during service, maintaining cleanliness of stations and the kitchen. - Continually develops culinary knowledge to produce high-quality meals. - Maintaining the highest possible quality and meeting agreed standards for food preparation and presentation are met at all times. - Supervising the production system and process - Execution of GOP's and SOP's - Leads Shift assigned - Coaching and motivating more junior members of the team - we believe in giving everyone at every level the opportunity to display leadership.
