Duties: Handling customer technical support cases through phone and email submission if needed. Evaluating system potential through assessing the compatibility of new programs with existing programs. Qualifications: At least senior high school graduate. With TSR experience in BPO is an advantage. With good to excellent ENGLISH communication skills. Compensation: Basic Salary: Up to 18,000 Competitive Signing Bonus 10% Night differential HMO (Intellicare) upon regularization Monthly allowances upon regularization Additional benefits will be discussed during the Job Offer.
