Qualifications: -Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil / Mechanical Engineering -Valid Professional License (PRC) is an advantage -Willing to be exposed in real estate construction and property management -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Must be a team player, flexible, hardworking & proactive -Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino -Proficient in relevant software tools, such as Microsoft Office and AutoCAD -Experience an advantage but fresh graduates may apply
