CI (Continuous Improvement) Engineer -Graduate of Bachelor of Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering) -A master’s degree holder in engineering or in business administration/management is a plus. -1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. -1-2 years of experience in process improvements, quality engineering or similar role. -Strong knowledge in production processes and manufacturing concepts (Lean manufacturing, Kaizen and other) -Very good knowledge of MS applications (Excel, word, vision, PowerPoint, and MS project). -Excellent communication and writing skills, leadership (decision-making, self-motivated, fast learner, and goal setting) and strong problem-solving skills.
