-College degree, preferably in IT or computer-related -Experience in systems integration, software installation, troubleshooting, project management, and data gathering -Experience using Agile Scrum, SQL -Experience in Client handling; organizing meetings, interviews. -Excellent communication skills. -Can work on a night shift, shifting schedules and during holidays.
