JOB DETAILS: -Conducts physical, chemical, analytical and microbial analyses of product samples as per inspection plan. -Conducts validation test of laboratory utilities and operators as per Work Instruction -Conducts purity control and shelf-life monitoring test. -Performs customer-specific analyses and other special tests of product samples. QUALIFICATIONS: -Related experience in food processing plant laboratory is an advantage. -Working knowledge in statistical quality control, FSSC 22000, GMP and GLP an advantage. -Computer savvy particularly in MS Office applications. -Good verbal and written communication skills. -Fresh graduates may apply.
