Qualifications: -Graduate of BS/BA in Psychology or BA in Human Resources Management -Previous working experience as HR ER Personnel for at least 1 year -Knowledgeable in Labor Law and HR Best Practices -Adept at handling grievance cases (Notice to explain, Disciplinary action). -Familiarity with employment rules and regulations Hands on experience with HR software (HRIS) is an advantage. -Great Interpersonal Skills who are able to build relationships with the employees. -Performs counseling to employees -Good judgement and problem-solving skills in resolving conflicts. -Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job. -Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
