Education and job Competencies: • At least High School graduate. • With at least 1 year work experience in restaurant kitchen environment • Knowledge of workplace safety and sanitary procedures and standards. • Flexible and willing to work long hours when needed • Acceptable communication skills Job description , duties and responsibilities: * Inspects kitchen areas and ensures a hygienic kitchen, free from dust, dirt and other possible contaminants. * May have to assist the Line and Lead Cook during busy hours in preparing items for cooking * Sweeps and mops kitchen floors as needed. * Return all cleaned and utensils, pots and pans to their designated spaces * Washes all Silverwares and Chinaware thoroughly * Washes and sanitizes work tables, walls, refrigerators and * Segregates trash accordingly in designated covered containers for disposal and regularly cleans and disinfects the same * Ensures the kitchen area is thoroughly-cleaned after operations * Performs other duties deemed needed by management Interested applicants may send their resume to [email protected] Goodluck applicants!
