MAINTENANCE TEAM: Mason, Electronic Technician, RAC Technician, Aircon Technician: Must have experience. NC II Certificate is a BIG advantage, but not necessarily required. **Purchasing Assistant: **(Will be in charge of preparation of job orders and coordination with suppliers.) **Maintenance Coordinator: **(Will be in charge mainly of scheduling of repairs or maintenance works.) College graduate of any course. Experience is a BIG plus. LOGISTICS DEPARTMENT: Delivery Driver: A valid driver's license. (Restriction 1, 2) 1-year driving experience. Proficiency using GPS devices would be a plus. Delivery Helper: Must have at least minimum of 3 months of experience as Delivery Helper or others that are relevant. Must be capable of lifting heavy objects. CLEANLINESS & SANITARY: Utility: Must be male. Janitorial/Housekeeping experience is an advantage. Must be capable of lifting heavy objects.
