We are looking for a Senior Training Manager! Support Services Group is looking for a highly energetic and collaborative Sr. Training Manager. This position is responsible for managing delivery and assessment of training to increase operational compliance, efficiency and productivity and contribute to the development and retention of skilled staff. Responsibilities will include: Oversees implementation of new and existing training programs Assess overall effectiveness of training programs implemented. Manage training data base. Compile and revise training contents and methodologies as needed. Plans, coordinates, and conducts personnel training and staff development. Tracks and evaluates staff training performance. Assist the HR Manager with orientation of new staff members as needed. Maintain, follow, and update the Training Policies Manua Minimum qualifications: 1 – 4 years’ experience managing training teams Must have a bachelor's degree Must possess strong interpersonal and supervisory skills, along with excellent communication, planning, analytical skills. Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of applications (Word, Excel, Power -point). Ability to take initiative, to maintain confidentiality, to meet deadlines, and to work in a team environment essential Analyze and verify existing materials to ensure accuracy and transform them to suitable instruction. Identify, gather, and develop instructional content for specific training programs. Determine staff training needs & plans instructional activities.
