Details: - Corporate office Set up - Monday- Friday - Schedule: 8am-5pm/ 9am-6pm Job Qualifications - Holds a graduate degree in Tourism, Hospitality or Business Management courses. - With or without work experience in Front Office/ Customer relations, administrative work, clerical/office work or in a related field is an advantage - Excellent English communications skills - Competent technical skills: MS Office, computer proficient - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently with minimum supervision - Highly organized and detail-oriented Job Description: - The personnel is responsible for serving visitors by greeting, welcoming, determining the nature and purpose of the visit, and directing them appropriately. - Answer, screen, and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when and taking messages when needed. - Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing and etc. - Ensure tidiness and cleanliness of the reception area.
